Well gas heaters with unprotected furnace manufactured by CONFIND are intended to be used in the technological process of methane gas heating which otherwise by Joule-Thomson lead to a decrease in temperature and the formation of criohidrates.
This equipment is an indirect type heat exchanger (gas burned-water-process gas).
Thermal energy for the process is achieved from burning methane gas.

Confind designed and manufactured a new generation of indirect gas heaters in accordance with the requirements of API12K and EN 13445.
The equipment ensures heating of the crude oil at high efficiency. They can be mounted close to the wellhead because the furnace is protected and all control elements are pneumatic.
